Why don't people file modreqs when they see a persons name blue above their charactor? Think about that.

I looked at what you said.
You pay for a rank not only for the many other benefits it comes with but also for the noticeability benifit. Which is why they added colored text to ult/supreme.

And you can still be noticed with coloured names rather than having a word in front of your name, except this will make the chat look more clean

I'm 90% sure I've had this question before. I mean, if we do this, why not just call the ranks 'Green', 'Blue', 'Yellow', 'Cyan', 'Purple', and 'Ultimate'?

A coloured name in the game itself is also a lot less obvious to a new player than coloured names in chat.

Maybe if players could toggle so they wouldn't see others rank. Like /toggle ranknames
