+1. It is obviously no secret that unfortunately your forums activity is poor. I find this to be the only negative I can think of. This isn't at all too bad either, you can easily bump up the activity which I am sure you will do without hesitation. On the positive side, you are mature, helpful and I can definitely see you dedicating a lot of time and effort into being a staff member. I do recall talking to you in game before and I can only say it was the most pleasant experience.
