Personally I think that it would be best if these vouchers were sold in $20 increments, as people are still willing to pay $20 . This way chargebacks wouldn't be so huge of an issue.

Something like this had been suggested a long time ago though.
I do support this idea because there is a lot more people willing to sell $20 but not $80
