To be honest your guys' personal preference isn't going to rule over what the community thinks on this. Staff ranks are not for personal benefit or gain. Staff are staff because they want to help the community. By being attached to the current scheme on the sole basis of personal preference is just selfish and goes against what you guys are promising us. This suggestion provides a better organization on staff ranks colour and adds an actual representation to them (warm colours = caring passion for the server). The dark aqua rank and aqua chat is much better suited for the Ultimate rank - the triple figure donation - due to its enticing colour. It is meant to satisfy our current Ultimates and provide incentive to donate to Ultimate. As you see, we have a lot of Elites here wanting the scheme for themselves!

Like Devil said, this is a volunteer job. No, our opinion isn't going to overrule anything, but we can share it, can we not?

Also, who ever said that every Ultimate wanted aqua over orange? You are only talking about the people who posted here, which is a tiny portion of people to base such a change on. If anything like this were to happen, I'd want a poll taken of most of the server to see what they thought, not just the people who stalk the suggestions forum.
It stands out as ugly, but when you see it in the chat, your eyes don't move right to it. Mine actually tend to avoid it.

Yes there is always room for improvement, we aren't forgetting that, but it's your opinion that this is an improvement, not mine. You should stop assuming that your guys' opinions automatically trump those of everyone else, as well as stop assuming that since we are staff we can have no opinion against 'what the community wants' (which again I repeat this is not something that everyone necessarily wants)
