This command would allow outsiders to kill peaceful mobs (chickens, pigs, cows, horses, bats, rabbits, etc.) on a given plot. This would be especially useful as villager trading requires raw meat and pig/cow grinders could be created, or in zombie grinders where chickens from chicken jockeys clog up the grinder.
