Introduction: Hey guys! Adloves here and I am applying for helper! I know that most of you know me as that terrible helper from the past, but I am here to change that impression and show all of you my full potential! I am ready after almost 6 months after being demoted to prove how far I have grown maturity wise! I am 13 and I live in Colorado. My hobbies include piano, photography, anime, writing, and of course Meepcraft! I have been taking piano for 3 months now. I love it a lot. Music has always been a passion and a creative outlet in my life. Photography lets me capture sheer beauty in the world from what other people can't see. Anime is awesome because there is a huge variety of them. I love so many including Mirai Nikki and Hetalia Axis Powers. Meep has been the main thing I do outside of school for about 2 and a half years. Best parts of my life have been spent with you guys! I also volunteer at my local animal shelter. Every week I work there to help with dogs. I enjoy doing this a lot. I love animals.
Why you should be Helper? I know that most of you remember me as a terrible helper, but I ask you to forget this as I have changed. I am almost a completely new person from that time. It was the most fun I have had in my life and I want to prove that I am in this job for the helping and for the wellbeing of the server this time, not for fun. Of course it is all fun because it is a game; however, I now only care about helping and being able to make the server a better place. I want to become helper to prove I can be a professional leader and a very active and dedicated addition to the staff team.
I am diligent. I am always on task for anything I do. It may be homework, or piano, or even being helper on Meep. I can be very punctual and get tons of work done in a fair span of time. Due to my maturity I think that I can be an amazing addition, but my diligence is the main reason you need to accept me. I will change Meep for the better. I will answer large amounts of modreqs, each one with a correct answer and amazing customer service.
I am active. This may be for amount of time per day, or my overall amount of time here. Like I said in my introduction, besides piano and photography, Meep is my life. Sound like I have no life? Well, Meepcraft has presented itself as a Healthy addition to my life. It makes me happy and it makes me actually feel useful. I am currently going through some things in life that I don't want to go into, but this server has helped me so much. I have had some scary thoughts that have been warped into happiness due to the welcoming community! I love spending every hour I can on this server.
I am able to learn fast. I know that my last application was denied because the staff didn't think I could land safely into the position, but I am 1000% positive that I will be able to get to work and do my job well the second I pass my interview. I have confidence and I am able to adapt to new surroundings very fast indeed. I will be an amazing helper if I am given the chance to prove that I will be an amazing worker.
I have been very dedicated to meep. When I got demoted, when life has hit rough patches, or even when I have lost all hope I never left. I have proven to the community that I will not be quitting for a very very long time. I will stick to this place until I can't stand it anymore. I hope everyone can see that this place is the most amazing server I have ever seen. I promise that I won't be going anywhere. I have the experience. Even though
Helping. Whenever new players need to get some help I answer. I give out free food. Even when I am not staff I an helping. I think that because I am helping a lot anyways that a designated position will be a lot more beneficial to everyone. I am ready to prove that I can help the community and be the best helper that meep will see. I have confidence I will go far into the staff ranks as long as I keep up my head and keep up my dedication.
I hope you read this section of my application thoroughly because it gave you all he information you need to see why I am the best choice for helper again. I ask all of you to drop your old impressions of me and to see me for my current self. I am completely different that the last helper adloves. I want to have another chance to show what the new one can do! I have been told by certain people that I need to go for this. I would not be applying right now if I was not positive I could do this, but I have waited 6 months since I got demoted. I am positive that I will be a great helper and make Meepcraft a better place for all!
What are your weaknesses? Everyone has weaknesses. You can't escape them. You can shape them, you can whittle them down, but they won't leave you. My weaknesses will effect me as helper, but they won't make me a bad helper. They will make me try harder and improve over time. I am going to share my most honest weaknesses.
Patience. I have tried so many times to escape this one, but it is my worst one. It makes me edgy and short-tempered. I can make it go away for small amounts of time, but it never goes away forever. I get impatient when I wait for packages, school grades, or waiting for staff to make a decision on my app.
TEAMSPEAK. I am always trying to go on team speak. I have improved on this a lot. I find myself too shy to talk there. I type there, but I never speak. This is a weakness because it makes me look unprofessional, but if I got staff I would get a lot more confidence for this. I will probably talk in teamspeak more if I get staff, but I usually just listen in Teamspeak now.
Global Chat. I try to start conversations in chat a lot, but I can't keep them going. I have never really been social anywhere. I have always tried to make conversations, but they all die out. I now use chat for advertising and answering questions. I answer questions in shout a lot. That is the main purpose of global chat for me. I am always up for improvement and I am trying really hard to
I aim too high for my goals. I have always made goals that can't be reached. They aren't feasible sometimes. I have now accepted that helper is the best way to start, but I always find myself wanting more. I try to stop and over the months I only see this 1 time a week, but I still aim too high. I can tell you that this is not my main issue, but it makes me impatient which is my main weakness. I don't see this effecting me as helper, but you never know.
