Scamming refunds -NGUS-

Well, I have been scammed a total of 4 times, and I have lost 2 God Diamond armor sets, 1 god Chain mail set, 3 god Fortune diamond picks, 3 god silk diamond picks, 2 god bows, and finally 3 god swords.

These have occurd over the last 3 months and I just now found this refund page. Please staff that is about 100k money gone.

Just so you know you have to provide proof of the scam, i.e. screenshots of the deals going down and the scammer.

As I am fair new to this server, I have not Saved the conversations between me and the scammer. Mainly this is due to it being a False drop party, and I would fall to my death and my game crashing (For what ever reason, minecraft crashes for me when I die to fall damage). The other reason is when I joined forums and went over the rules, I saw nothing that said I should have proof of scam, as it is because there is no warning that says I need proof for a refund, unlike several other servers I play on, which warns players need proof for refunds.

I did. When I joined this server, I joined forums the same day. The rules have not since changed, as I have just read them.

That is true, but it might needed to be added that you need proof to get refunds, because the way I saw it and others might see it is that staff would take care off it.But is there any chance I could get at least the armor back? Considering that I am a new player, and love this server, and I have been arguing with a compassion, I am very unlikely to be lying.
