So when /baninfo was added everyone could use it. if one uses /seen (username) it also shows that you can use /baninfo as seen in screenshot.

My suggestion is simple. Either give all players access to use /baninfo again or just remove it from /seen.
made it simple for people to agree with either option. look at pool.
