"Access denied" whaen trying to apply for helper

It says I do not have permisssion to access that part of the forum. I'm wondering what is going on. If you could make it so I can apply, I would be grateful.

I think it is because you need to be a certain rank on the forums. Seems as though you are only a New Members, you wouldn't be allowed to apply anyway. Maybe get a higher rank on the forums then you will probably be able to access it...
