Well, there is no other way to rank people than making lots of 1v1s or adding plugin like in badtiger.

It's so hard to make an accurate list of the best PvPers.
The only way I would be able to make an accurate list of the best PvPers would be to 1v1 them all on the same day but no one's ever online enough. After I would have 1v1'd a few people, I'd wait for some other PvPers to come online and by the time I've 1v1'd them, I would most likely forget about how good the last fights were.
