No offense, but no. Get a hold of yourself. Being a good mod doesn't mean only being bubbly and putting smiley faces every few words. Your a pretty swell guy, but honestly I don't want to see you being all likes this. Maybe you want me to explain what I mean, so I will. I'm really sick of most staff members today. They smile too much, and bring to much attention to them selfs too. They say that a good staff member is mature, kind, and is respectful. All they do is be kind, when really they should be firm. On the bright side the application it self however was pretty good. Best wishes, alex.

If none of then staff were smiley and kind, you would never have any fun with them. You would never get /warp event, you would never have the easter egg hunts, you would never have the funny ban appeals (xxpoopblockxx, or whatever that appeal name was). Quite frankly, meep would be a pretty dull and boring place, people being banned for saying Omg and what not.
Honestly, if you have a problem with happiness, then your messed up.
Your response in my mind is kind of a hidden rant against staff in general, not telling xt what he needs to improve on and why he could be a good mod.
