I've had many experiences with you.
Firstly, you were the first donator I saw when I first joined the server--I thought you were the owner.
You were the first person to give me some business at my shop when I first made it.
I remember those days fondly...if only Meep would be like it was...
Anyways, you seem to have what it takes. You're very friendly in shout, knowledgable about the server, and seem interested in helping new players out. Your helpfulness really stands out to me, as you seem to go out of your way to help others, a behavior that I most definitely have not seen in you before. Additionally, you would be a veteran presence whom the staff sorely needs. I feel that the staff has mostly shifted to a generation of newer players, and while that has its benefits, I hear many older players resenting the lack of representation they have in server politics.
My advice to you would be to be yourself. Is this truly what you want, or are you just being power-hungry? More so than other candidates (save MisterBacon) I feel that your helpfulness, giveaways, cheerful demeanor and such are a sort of a decoy or a facade hiding a different personality, one that we saw before you quit. You should just be your true self throughout this, and I don't think you need to put on a mask to become helper--otherwise you will quickly hate the job!
