I will buy this with spawners for 300k (it's true worth). I want to own my own pwarp so I can sell my stuff, and that grinder is a good idea.

I'll trade you my town for the pwarp (has villagers, wood farm, plots, spawn by ODB123) Prime in alpha. If this is the case I will remove the soawners from my town so it's better worth the offer.
