I am looking for a builder to do a job in Gotham in Alpha. I would like it too be like this:

It is most likely going to be a one plot build as of right now. The material for this building is up for debate but the design is not. I am looking for someone with a little bit experience and proof that they can handle it. Please either reply on here, message me on website, or if I am in game message me there.
