So yesterday Darkmaster299 told me that I could get VIP -> Premium for 475k, the price that I asked for. I accepted because this was a great deal. I am a fairly trusting person so I payed him in advance but was smart enough to take screenshots. He told me that his little brother had his credit card and that he would buy me VIP->Premium within 6 hours. Than he asked for more time and I said sure. I go on today and I notice I don't have a rank and that he didn't leave any messages for me so I thought, oh he just needs time. Well I just checked my Gmail account and I got a email from him saying that his little brother died in a car crash and that he needs a couple more days. This sounds very fishy so I have decided to post this Refund appeal.

I think you should wait an additional 3-5 days. These type of occurrences do occur in the internet world, and I think you should give him a little bit more time. If Darkmaster refuses to buy you the rank upgrade AND refuses to refund you, he deserves a ban and you deserve your 475K back.

1. why did you buy from a citizen. if he says it's an alt, ask to do business through his main. if he cant show it to you find another person
