Krazycat600 Idea: Reduce the timer to 5 seconds, and decrease it further with donor ranks. Supreme+ gets no cooldown, where other ranks get 2sec-1sec cooldowns. 1-2 seconds shouldnt be that long, but it will prevent people fromtalkinglikethis.
