No thanks, what this would do is actually divide the staff team, which is never good. One solid, unified team is always much better in accomplishing things.

This is exactly it.
While yes, we have a lot of work on the forums, having inexperienced people do it will not help all that much, and may even hinder it. Furthermore, we handle what we have to do the best we can, and I highly doubt that even if we had a separate forums team, it would do all that much.
