I am paying 75k for 4 plots by a town's spawn to be cleared to Y level 5, the town must not care what the hell is built there or that there will be a massive wall built around it.
It may be a bit low pay but the stuff I'll be building will attract a lot of people to the town and it will add a fun minigame to meep and the town that will allow it to be built. I will pay for the materials in it etc, and asides from iron redstone and gold (which will be used in the minigame or some personal stuff) I do not give one single crap about how it gets mined to Y lvl 5.
