1) I don't like the idea, I like the compasses and you should be able to track a player no matter what. -1
2) Fix soups - This when you're able to drink twice / three times from a single soup? if so +1

6) I think it all depends on how many people are in there, It is a donor perk and a minor nerf would be alright ... +/-

8) Matches don't even last that long, 5 - 8 mins tops. I don't see any point
9) Never had that problem but fix if it happens to others

11) I guess? I mean apples, bread and cooked pork. (Maybe potatoes and carrots?)
12) Yey boats :D Also add saddles and if you right click a horse with saddle it auto tames them.
13) +1 Maybe add a portal when you go into a lobby (just run straight) Tired of seeing 3 afkers (talking about you fuzzlr :P)

16) Just get rid of mushroom soups, or just (like you said) give them regen
