Is this a suggestion for the 'staff'? If so, there is nothing 'staff' can do. Refunds can be issued by a total of 6 people, and ranks can be resolved by a total of 2.
Granted, sometimes requests go on for awhile, however I discount the notion we need to be suggested to do our job, in which we clearly know what our job is. We all fundamentally understand the frequency of how often they should be gone through, so one must assume there are other situations and conditions holding up the resolution of that request.
More than 80% of requests in Donation help were us asking for a screenshot and them not replying back for months, so there was very little actual requests needing help.
There is 6 refund requests pending in various states, some with absolutely no evidence to support their claim, or another issue.
So we're not ignoring them, and we resolve as soon as we can, for that reason this is denied.
