Yesterday I donated to the server (screenshot attached) $20 as I've been having a lot of fun playing recently and felt like supporting you guys. Anyways, I purchased the Premium upgrade for $20 and afterwards realized that the exclusive package was currently on sale for $20.
Obviously I would rather have exclusive over premium, so I was wondering if it would be possible to ignore the fact that I am apparently blind and didn't see that exclusive was on sale and manually switch me to exclusive? I don't want to sound like a beggar begging for free things, I'm just frustrated with myself for not paying closer attention when I was purchasing.
I'm happy to provide further proof of purchase to staff members if the attached picture is not acceptable.
