If I was ultimate, I could. Why only ultimate?

I'm pretty sure I've been in lando's situation before, it's because ultimates have /fly and somethings just shouldn't be done by lower ranks because it's a lot easier to have someone fly and build/remove things than it is to have someone constantly building dirt towers up to Y lvl 255 etc. Also the thing they could be removing is stupidly high up and when a cit-supreme breaks the block they could fall up to 150 blocks which can and will kill any player in full god armor even with a res 2 beacon. (I have tested this multiple times in my creative single player world)
