Tl;dr: Little suggestions that improve overall experience, I'm thinking maybe 5 min max edits.
1. Allow /g in spleef. 15 seconds is a bit long to wait, especially late at night when there's only like 2 players in the game.
2. Allow /money in spleef. Nice to know how much you have, doesn't hurt.
3. Allow /money in parkour, ^
4. Make a sign or display or something at spawn that shows some of the perks for each rank! I know we had one at the old spawn, but I'm not sure if there is one here. Making one gives people a recognizable goal to achieve and easily lays out the rank system structure.
5. Make some easter eggs at spawn! What I mean is, a couple of random signs throughout spawn (underneath, around, not necessarily easily visible) saying "I see you!" or "I guess you like parkour", something like that. If an admin is curious, I can show them a part that would be cool to make a little house/shack/underground thing. It already has a path!
6. Allow /home on the kitpvp spawning platform.

Somewhere in the non-existing skyblock or the skyblock shop there needs to be an example of a cobblestone generator for the new players who don't know how to make one, Thanks.
