Yes Introduction: Hello, my name is interdesirename you may also know me as idn. I have played on meepcraft for about 1 1/2 years. Why am I telling you this is? Well I know a lot of commands to help out more players in game and on ts. A lot of new players join meepcraft everyday to a new start and they will need a lot of assistantance. So this is a start for me mostly I intend to help out a lot of these players. People don't know me as a nice guy and that's a bad impression to give players and staff. This is why I know that I can change my attitude, because I have that knowledge to improve my attitude to become staff. Even though I have been staff on other servers I will still need a lot of training to become acceptable as staff. This is a reason why I'm reluctant to apply on forums. I have applied many times to a ultimate failure on both my grammar and length of my application I have decided to apply again to up my chances to become staff. Why you should be Helper? Just because I can type commands is not the reason why i should be helper. One of the reason is that i can help people, I have showed improve meant on my attitude and my over all look on players. I don't try to show players I'm better than you. Many people have told me that they are glad i applied and hope i get accepted, but not as many that has disliked me for legitimate reasons for my past actions on meepcraft. Even though my ban history will fill up your screen but i'm ready to change and get more players to help each other. By doing this more players will have a positive attitude to join the server and donate to get their desired ranks and friends on the server. What are your weaknesses? I have a issue on my attitude to players but like i have said i am working on improving this for i will possibly never reach my goal but i will get/if not close to my goal. Temper i can have a temper but everyone has certain things that make me mad . Just because i get mad at someone doesn't mean i can just ban/kick them or find ways to get them banned just because i have a dislike to them. Length of my applications is another one of my problems to be truthful i can't make a application most of the ones that i have wrote have been denied for many reasons one being length i hope this is not a big issue about length or a problem to staff that my applications are to short but i fail at making my applications lengthy or strong in words. Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: The computer I play on has a broken screen so i might have to send it to the shop to get it fixed so my activity might go down due to this.

You snap at anyone that goes even a little out of line(Even though you join channels with people you know who curse and say innapropriate things) and your personality is just....bland.

Temper i can have a temper but everyone has certain things that make me mad . Just because i get mad at someone doesn't mean i can just ban/kick them or find ways to get them banned just because i have a dislike to them.

If you are going to be a staff member you would need to control your temper. And as a staff member, you shouldn't really dislike people. You can't be getting mad at people if you're a staff member.

Inter i have known you since I started meep!
You've always been so kind and nice to me.
Your mic sucks and it makes you hard to hear/understand a lot but that can be replaced/fixed :)
You're very active and thats good. I dont see you helping much but that doesn't mean you don't!
I haven't been around you when you got angry or something so i don't really know what the others are speaking of. :P

Now:
•Your app is still extremely weak
-You tell me nothing about why you should really be helper. What makes your stand out? What qualities do you have the can help out the server and the staff team?
-Judging by your app, you have no mention of your involvement, and that's a huge minus. Also, I see nothing about your dedication to the server in here.
•I have seen no change from last time
•I don't really see you online, may be lack of shout activity and involvement, or just a coincidence

You need to work on some stuff before you can be helper.
