heres what I lost:
2 silverfish spawners (pls spawn them in in my ender chest)
chest of misc prismarine (castro has the exact number) price per stack:1200 regular, 1300 brick.
32 anvils: 1k each
18 hoppers price:4k total
chests of misc items ~100k

That is a very inaccurate price, I'd give 600-800 per stack for brick, and 400-600 for regular.

When it comes to staff giving refunds, they use the price from the most popular shop. The same things has been done for Horneman's shop regardless of price. This helps give them a baseline for what to refund. It's not the biggest deal.

If it is a grief then staff members make a report of what happened and refunds will happen automatically. Some just take some time.
