Spongey, the first thing that stands out for me is how you'd deal with the hate and the pressure. And to be honest, I don't think you would. Having been a staff member on multiple servers in the past, I know what kind of hate you can get - and for someone like you, who means the best yet, just doesn't have that edge - I don't think you'd last. As well as that, I can see bias and shyness together influencing your decision. Example - one of your friends swears in global you aren't hesitant to kick them because you know them. You know they'll understand and how they'll react. However then someone you don't know, who is very popular yet also immature, swears. I just can't see you giving out the proper punishment as, in my view, you'd be too shy.
On top of that, your forums activity is good, but your content really isn't that of a staff member. I see a ton of
