If I purchase a rank for another player will they get a email receipt will my personal info?

No unless you put there email down. Just make sure you enter your email but there IGN and I believe you should be fine. You may want to send them a copy of the receipt just so they can have it, but make sure to either cover up your personal info or something else similar.
