builderjunkie012 Title says it all basically allow someone to upload a file when initially creating the thread through the new format so they don't have to post it below if the evidence is not a link.
Deinen I think imgur is easy enough, and I'm not sure why we'd want all that data being uploaded to the servers and filling it up.
