Lost house in name change.

As the title states i have lost my house, plot and residentship in my name change and i would like it back if it's possible. I did not know that a name change would deleate my plot ownership and im very sorry for the inconvinience. Please help me as soon as possible.

Im sorry if this post does not belong in the refund category, but as i am asking for my house back i thougt this was the right place.

My former name was "viking1001"

As proof of my ownership my name is on the frontgate sign.

HAve you tried talking to the town mayor in order to get the plot back? That'd make it easier for everyone.

they mayor will say: "can't give your plot back since i can't remove ownership from your old account"
if this happens say he should /kick your old username then you can get your plot back

no, that doesn't work because the system thinks: plot fs 0 so if bought give 0 meebles to the old account, the old account does not exist so it can't pay the old account 0 meebles. Because of this you can't get it back with /plot fs

This happened to me, I'm an assistant, so when I got it back I reclaimed my plot. Worked for me.

Hello Seelie,

Next time you're online, please file a /modreq asking for a admin. If I would place your plot for sale now, everyone would be able to claim it.
That way your issue will be resolved.
