This doesn't look that bad. If you want an honest opinion about it I think it does look kind of plain on the outside (I haven't seen the inside yet) but for players who want to play the game. Honestly who is going to look at every little detail on a server build unless its for a mini game even then they still don't pay attention to it. Its not confusing, not all flashy colors its also not interesting. Chopper should of used a color scheme here instead of just grey. If someone could post pictures from the inside that would be awesome.
I would honestly add more leaves around the outside of this build. Make it look abandoned, more interesting to the eye, something people would like to explore look around. It looks to clean and boring, give it a personality something someone would want to see more of. Or possibly add banners, something colorful.
