Add A CAPTCHA To New Thread Posting

Title says it all. Make the user enter in a CAPTCHA to create a new thread. CAPTCHA = No spambot threads

I'm not sure if this is possible, but it makes sense. Accepted, but no promises that it will be Completed if it isn't possible ;)
