I honestly don't understand why he did this. I find it stupid that he though he needed to write so much in his application, especially the introduction. Everything he wrote under the introduction section was completely useless imo. All that I got from it was that he likes a lot of stuff especially Meepcraft (which should be obvious, as he is applying for staff) which he could have wrote in 1 paragraph.
Also, just because an application is filled with fancy words and long paragraphs, doesn't mean it will get accepted. I'd much rather an application which is straight to the point (you only need to mention a little about yourself such as your hobbies, goals and what your life consists of) over an application which is filled with unnecessary information like Horneman's (don't even know if I can call it information, as it wasn't informative in any way). A tip for anyone else who ever wants to apply for staff, go into previously accepted applications and take a look at somebody else's and adjust it to fit you.
Although, I feel everyone here is over reacting a bit as well.
