hello everyone im sure most of you know who i am here in this thread are my thoughs in how to keep a town running for ages.
first of...
1# when i just start a town i put in a lot of money in the town bank (/t deposit $$$)
2# clear and claim plots only i need at first this keeps it so you dont have a huge tax..(/t claim) to get plots
3#set the tax not to low and not to hight i settle around 100 for the first days (/t set tax)
4# get residents/assistants so your town can look nice (/t add) (/t rank add *name* *rank*)
5# make money off of your town so you have more money to put in the towns bank, that means basicly like minigames, grinders, shops, and etc..
6#have a creatitive name of the town name so people get insteaded in joining
7#have fun while making your town!!! :):):):)
