/msg /g /pwarp Broken in Alpha

The above commands do not work in Alpha, it could be other servers as well. Sometimes they return "command not found", most of the times no response at all.
EDIT: Towns is broken now...

/g /msg /tpa /warp /spawn and other commands is down. Alpha is is lockdown. I got kicked because the server is down for maintenance. I don't like it!
