Okay, so, I'm still feeling a bit lazy so I'm going to partially quote myself from your Mod application:
I'm a +1, which actually surprises me based on how I felt when you started out as Helper. :) You have worked hard, learned a lot, and kept up an easy rapport with the community (which ironically makes some think that you must not be doing well in your staff duties). You're careful to make sure you get things right, but you're also getting more independent, solving problems creatively, and becoming more of a leader among staff.
Still true, except in past tense. :) I feel much better about this Helper application than I did about your first one.
I think what some people might be trying to say is that they'd like you to present yourself in a more professional manner as staff. But that doesn't mean you can't goof off and have fun... and clearly, I don't get why people are jumping on a bandwagon about how many L's and O's you use, as if that's actually relevant to anything. :p While I was on the team, I heard a couple complaints from people that staff seemed to be "robots" who were out of touch with the community. Having people on staff who talk to players and really listen to them - and laugh with them! - is important. :) But staff members also serve as the public face of MeepCraft, so they need to be able to speak with authority and be seen by players as someone to go to for guidance (by more actively moderating in shout or offering public help and answers to questions). You've shown that you're capable of that, but if players have a hard time taking you seriously, you may want to work on it a bit more - especially if you plan on applying for Moderator again down the road.
r00d?
do you have ANY idea how annoying it is to trudge through 4-5 modreqs while the person that's supposed to be helping you is doing ''lolololol
Yes, I do know how annoying that is. :( But from what I saw as her Supermod (and from what Deinen is saying), Courtney wasn't slacking off in her duties. When I was a Mod and above, I noticed other Helpers ignoring modreqs to play or talk in shout (they eventually were demoted or resigned). I never noticed that from Courtney. That doesn't mean it didn't happen, so it could be a good reminder to check modreqs frequently, but I never saw it as a pattern.
Edit: Your emotions can make it hard for you to step back from situations, and to be objective when you're friends with someone... but you know this, and I saw you actively work on this while you were staff, so just make sure to keep it up!
I do have one main reservation, though, which is this:
You resigned for personal reasons not that long ago, which makes me think you won't be on as much and won't help that much.

Right now, the staff team seems to need stability as much as it needs growth. And as you know, playing Meep as staff is a lot more demanding than it is just as a player. If you're confident in this decision, then it's up to you, but make sure not to forget the work involved along with the fun and fulfillment. I've caught myself wishing I could come back, saying, "Maybe I should..." - and then I remember why I resigned in the first place, and that it was the right choice for me. Maybe it wasn't the right choice for you, in which case I believe you'll be an asset to the staff team once again. :)
