Ahhh... this! Yeah its easy, just do what i do... get some EARPLUGS! She can use them when sleeping and you can use them when she is awake!

Weewoo, if you were to apply (and get accepted), we schedule the interview around the time that's best for you. Therefore, you wouldn't have to worry about waking her up :)

Denied, things are working absolutely fine the way it's set up. It's pretty much common sense that a TS interview requires a microphone use, I don't necessarily think that we need to hold their hands and spell every little thing out, if they can't put the connections together, maybe it's a sign they may not be suitable for staff.
