Hello, I have reclaimed my Alpha town, Hell, after its untimely demise quite some time ago (I just reclaimed the spawn). I really like it, but I have grown tired of running a big spawn, and I am not interested in recruiting residents. I am interested in Trading my Town, with a 16 plot spawn, and lots of deserted homes nearby (unclaimed) that could be raided or used as pre-built houses, for an empty town, and some meebles to make up for the spawn. Anyone interested in doing this? Here is some pictures of my spawn (somewhat old, but it is essentially the same). I am open to any offers :) /msg me or message on forums.
