I don't see why he doesn't deserve a chance.
Alot of you are rating him a -1 because he's "annoying" or his mic on Teamspeak is back. He just got skype a few days ago and I can assure you it is just his Teamspeak. I don't think a bad mic should be a reason he gets denied, honestly. Trying skyping with him, and I promise it's a lot clearer ( @@CanadianH0b0 @@Noblefish_ @Qwas ) and he's a lot more enjoyable to talk to. ;)
Anyways, Inters intentions are good. As a close friend of his (not irl, and this isn't being bias.) I can tell. This is not someone who would abuse his powers, or treat people badly, and that's what the staff team needs right now.
I feel his biggest issues would be the short-temperament - as long as he works on it and stays in control, I don't see why he doesn't deserve a chance. On the discussion of his application, applications aren't always everybody's strong points and while his is short it seems legit, honest and sincere.
