Unlockable kits in kitpvp

Add unlockable kits in kitpvp for non-donors and lower ranking donors. These would cost about 50k meebles to unlock, and would be about as powerful as the exclusive/elite kits. This would serve as a way to make kitpvp more fun for lower ranking players, while removing some money from the economy.

This seems like a cool idea! Alternatively, we could make a kind of 'Kitpvp money', maybe based on kills? That way people who are already rich have little advantage.

I think There should be some donor kits, but they only have like maybe an extra soup or something...
But i also think that there should be like Kit points And you need x amount to rankup to the next class/kit.

This could be cool, I rather have this than what we currently have Tbh.
Maybe actually use that leveling system (the xp bar) and use that to unlock upgradable or newer kits.

Trust me, the elite kit before this one was 5x better. Btw this was bugging me, can you even do a -0? no.

Personally,
+1 on the idea. Love to be able to have at least an equalizer for the cits.

As for the argument it will take away donations, think of it this way.
>Player plays kitpvp
>becomes more dedicated, leveling up kits
>Enjoys the server, is now loyal to it
>Explores other parts of the server
>Donates for perks in other areas and love of the server

Or, they still can donate to shave some time off of leveling up.

If this happened it would pretty much make donor kits pointless, so I doubt it will happen. If having a fair kitpvp environment was a priority of meep's higher ups then there wouldn't already be such disparity between donors and non donors.

Don't get me wrong, I like the idea of having fair kits, but I doubt this will happen.

I like this idea, but as HAB pointed out, donor kits would kind of useless if this was implemented.
It'd be nice to have, but I don't see this happening anytime soon :/

That's not necessarily true. Just because they had no idea what they were doing when they turn Kit-pvp on does not mean it was made solely for the purpose of giving the "higher" donors better kits! I mean seriously as other shave said if these was the case or continues to be the case (like right now) what is the point of any one less then ultimate joining kit pvp? (yes i know elite is pretty op right now but my point still stands).

Hmm I can kill some ults with a citizen kit...

As for the idea, I'm a +1 for making kits unlockable, maybe either with a very high amount of meebles or "kitpvp money" as this could remove money from the economy while also giving a chance for poorer people to get better kits.

I think that's a great idea ;) I've heard a lot of citizens complain about how our kits are OP, but at the same time this is a perk for donators only. But at the same time I do believe that they still have to sacrifice/spend a great deal of time on the server to afford it, which will generate new players ! I'm a +1

Great idea.

However I question its use as a money sink, because eventually with the new kits more money will be made with the OP kit than if the citizen/lower rank had simply kept the money in the first place.
