Well, there are advertisers advertising a LOT on Meep. The player is banned, but you can still look up in chat, and see the server IP. There is a plugin called PwnFilter (available on bukkit.org) and the staff can do a simple command (/pfcls) and vawla! Chat is cleared. And gone. And in times where chat is going too fast, they can pause it. And then resume it when it slows down.
And the Meepcraft staff who have access to the config.yml can change the "rules" of the plugin. Rules mean when someone swears like (a specific word) the server(s) will do (this). But it is not bungeecord compatible, as I assume Meep runs on, thus you have to install it on every server. No biggie tho. Hope you like the idea :)
