Last 3 days the same thing, I have tried 4-5 times each day. Reason for ban: Unknown, how do I find out? Ban Length: Unknown, how do I find out? You aren't banned unless you get the message that you're banned when you try to log in. I can tell you are new to the game so if you want to start a convo with me I probably could help you!

No ban message, but then why do I get kicked off as soon as I log in? This continues (just tried several times)
and I can find no way to ask questions unless I am logged in and ask a admin.

What does the message say when you get kicked? If it says 'Kickedfor flying or related' you'll have to get a Mod+ to force to you out while you spam log in.

No message than I can see. I login and the "world" gets drawn (I last left in nether) and just as it completes it vanishes and I get "Disconnected" screen, same thing every time.

That's no ban, your stuck, you may need a staff member, or just need to wait a bit till it fixes itself.

Thanks all, so How do I get in touch with a staff member without logging into site? It has been this way for 4-5 days now.

I can ask one to take a look at this ingame, I've recently tried installing shaders, and my game won't let me log in, but if and when I do get in, I will give a staff member the link to this.
