Hey everyone this is jmelara and I came up mabye with a good idea idk. We remake the vshop with all the same commands and such but nerfed. I say that for one we need to have a base price that no one can go under. So gold prices never fall under golden apple prices so smorning doesn't exploit that method again. Basically all crafted items must be under the materials required for it.
Pros so far
- Exploiting is a lot harder to do
- People will stay if they have some way to make money
- Material prices don't fall to complete trash as we are seeing in iron....
Cons
- To find all the crafting recipes may be hard and lengthy
Another method to make the vshop less OP and allowing people to scam it and make infinite money in little to no time is to have a cap on how many materials you can sell in a hour. I say Mabye 500k of materials. This is so people don't make auto farms and sell millions of Meebles a hour with no cap. This allows for chest shops like Diana's still to breathe because people with the cap need to sell and they can to shop owners.
Pros
- Allows a way for people to make money and not get bored and quit
- Nerfs and allows it so people can't exploit the vshop badly, because people can't be on 24/7 and with the cap makes it so it's the only place to make money
- Still allows for player interaction
Cons
- Less player interaction
- The cap price may be too much
To furthermore nerf the vshop but still be a valid way to make money is to cap a limit of how many of the same resource a person can sell. So say have a limit that you can sell only 100,000 of the same resource in the same week. This can help limit the effect of auto farms creating almost infinite of a resource. Furthermore, only allow someone to sell 1,000,000 resources in a week to the vshop to make auto farms even more limited.

- Auto farms are less useful creating more player interaction

People we all need to open our eyes and see this server is almost impossible for new players. It is confusing and they will just quit and go to a easy server. There is no fun in having a server that is impossible to make money without having to spend impossible amounts of money. In the great times of meep we had the vshop and jobs and everyone was happy. We need to make this server easier to understand or this advertising thing won't help at all.... Thank you for reading jmelara..
