Make Hacks perm on first offence

Do you really think everyone reads that? I'd like to repeat the fact that very few people ever //need// to be permanently banned for hacking, because they either already don't come back, or they stop hacking! Why do we need to ban countless people from the server completely, when most of those currently banned never hack here again.
People often attribute the harsh (and inctedibly biased) ban system of the past to the success of old Meep. Need I remind everyone that with theft bans, the //victim// essentially decided the punishment (and appeal) for the theif? Maybe Old Meep did a lot of good stuff, but trust me, the ban and staff systems were not the secret to the success.

So ruining people's experiences on meep is totally cool because they maybe will learn. They're hacking and ruining PVP for others basically stopping all of kitpvp until a mod can be bothered to come on and ban them.

I still think its a better idea to perm ban them and let them appeal for a second chance than to run the risk of having them come back to hack again. Let them know in the ban that they can appeal.

All a temp ban does is tell the cheater to hide it better.

Perm ban with the ability to appeal seems the logical route if you dont want cheaters on the server.

Admins can also add a one time only $10 (generic price, can be set to whatever) "unban me" option in the shop. If they have REALLY learned their lesson, want to change, and want to be productive members of the community, they can pay a small fee and continue to be part of this community... if not, let them rot on the ban list.

-1 once a hacker has been caught 99.99% of the time they realize that they will be caught and that the server's too secure.
