^ my rant on onis's dumb mobs

So a while ago Onis added a "Dumb Mobs" concept which helps with lag in grinders. It disables mobs from dealing damage, or SWIMMING. I made a water elevator not knowing they didn't swim. I spent all day making that grinder with a water elevator. When I tested it I really wished I could get that day back. Please, please please please please remove the "Dumb Mobs" or allow them to swim at least....PLEASE.

I agree! Dumb mobs are dumb! If you want to reduce lag, just remove mobs (hostile/Neutral/Friendly) all together in TOWNS A and B, make mobs spawn ONLY in wild!

Don't be silly, Denien opposed this idea, and seeing he is supermod, he is always right. I'm not sure why the initial thread about spawners (because these are the main way mobs are spawned in towns world) was removed when it was getting a lot of support from the community and there were main good points put forward. I don't think the thread should have been closed so early as there were many points that needed to be discussed both within the community and the higher staff.

HAHAHAHAHAHA... Denien's, Your's, and My Opinions all mean NOTHING... in fact all these suggestions mean nothing cause they just go into a big pile of stuff that never gets done. The only one that would do anything is ONIS and he don't have time to do ANY suggestions even from like 2 years ago. If we are lucky 1 in 1000 suggestions actually get done! HOWEVER i can tell you this will not be one of them cause ONIS already did this for a reason and hes not going to UNDO it! If anything he will do my suggestion and them the mobs off completely and move them to wild only!

How does swimming mobs create lag.
Btw, I think you don't need water elevators. Can't you just make them drop into target area?

I did that so there doesn't need to be an AFK room, plus I've already spent all day making it.
