/Tpa Glitch?

Hello everyone,
Something has been happening lately, When i try to /tpa to someone, It won't really send the request to the person i would like to tpa to, And when someone tries to /tpahere Me, The request will arrive but if i accepted it, It won't teleport me

I don't know if this was reported or not,Thanks for reading. -XKiller_SyX

I notice problems if i am TPing between worlds, Like from Beta to Creative, or similar.
Sometimes it doesn't work the first time.

Usually, i keep trying it. Oh, and tell the acceptor to wait about 30 seconds before accepting.

this has been buggy for a few weeks.
