MeepBots for Voting & More

Something that would be cool and unique is if we had a custom plugins called MeepBots, they can do a bunch of helpful things in chat listed here:

- Typing /mb (question) will answer a question listed in the config. If the MeepBot cannot understand the question it will say "Sorry, try asking similar questions or I may not know the answer." Can accept many forms of questions.

- Typing /mb c (MSG) will allow you to talk with a little robot like Cleverbot. Just something to do when bored.

- Typing /mb v (1,2,3) will send a robot to the voting website putting in your username, and voting. Problem is capcha...

- Typing /mb t will message you a random tip from a list.

- Typing /mb help will list all /mb commands.

- Typing /mb info (place) will give you info on a world/server/event thing.

- Typing /mb staff (helper,mod,smod,admin,tech,owner) will give you a list of staff for the specified rank.

And anything else that might be cool.

Note that the MeepBot will talk to you as if he was a real person, or a servant. So he would say something like "Please wait for a second while I search for the answer"

/mb c - literally useless.
/mb v = go vote yourself you lazy bum
/mb t - Maybe.
/mb help - Maybe.
/me info - /modreq
/mb staff - /modlist
This isn't needed.

definetly an ult perk, ults need more, but i dont think the voting idea is good, I dont really get the info on the server thingy either...

-1, this is a bit too hefty imo to take on at this point.

Outside the help robot, and voting robot, which I disagree with anyway, the other bots are pretty minimal or useless. Voting isn't hard, and if someone wants the monetary reward, they can go vote. The help robot would be too massive of a scale to do that. We'd have to program enough AI for it to search for answers, along with giving it a database to choose from. (Or the net, but would require LOTS more AI)

-1 for all of them. We basically have this with staff members. Adding this would cause confusion, lag, and many bugs. From what I see a modreq can answer real questions. The commands are kind of pointless as well. -1

It's illegal to use the voting system with a bot, the rules on 90% of voting websites say you must be a human on the site, you can't use outside programs or abuse the system in any way

I agree with Deinen's post here. I will admit, it's a nice idea though I feel like having things like this, especially the /mb c (Cleverbot, pretty much - for those who skip the suggestion and go right to comments.. ) would be discouraging the community to interact. If you're bored, start up a conversation with another member or in shout!

Then of course I can go on about how people should be considerate enough to take the 5 seconds out of their lives to vote for the server and (now) collect the rewards for doing so on their one, and how making bots to vote for you is illegal, cheating, lazy, etc though I think we've already covered this before. Most of it is just common sense too. :p

To the ./mb (question) one, would you really rather be served by a robot rather than our own friendly, super dedicated staff, who (most of the time. ;) ) at least could understand the question? lol. As I said before, it sounds like a nice idea and all - though I just really don't feel it'd be necessary.
