This is not a bug, we disabled partial purchases. This is because people were using hexidecimal valuations on their sign, selling X items for X (usually expensive) each, in order to drain the account of those who hit the sign. Now this is not possible, you must have the required items/room in inventory/amount of money to make the transaction.
