Well it was the day after Beta had opened and I was on the day before. The only person that knew was Diana and given I made several modreqs about it and only helpers replied saying they'd get an admin, which never happened, I can only assume any logs or proof would be out the window. On top of not getting a reply from an admin on my modreq my post, like posted, took a month to gain any recignition and by that time I had given up. There were no taxes in Valens given I was VIP and had like 8 plots and 272k would take a while to go even at 100 meebles per plot. After I got wiped I had to start from 0 and got what I have now.
So I guess in conclusion the only witness being Diana, which sources bring no relative proof to my end, doesn't warrant a refund I'm assuming given the position I'm in.
