I think its a bit too early. Yeah, you were staff previously however you know everything has changed since then. Also, you handled a modreq and you were very...brash with me. (Brash is the best word I can think of) I plainly told you "I do not know when I was online" and you didn't seem to take that as an answer. A simple prism search of 1 week would have yielded you the same results.
Yes, you deserve a promotion after the week you have been staff! Let's widen the gap between staff and the community even more! He came back recently? Who cares, promote! He can type /claim 400 times and knows basic server knowledge? Obvious traits for an amazing staff member! Showing desperation to climb up the power ladder as quickly as possible? +1, interview immediately!16 forum posts in the past year and a half, 90% of which are staff related? Impeccable forum activity! This is exactly what the server needs, another staff member that does not support the constant crumbling of the bridge between players and staff!

I concur with Lex and would like to point out that during castro's time as staff the system of hawkeye was still in use. There is a new system right now that he needed to learn very quickly. This system took me
weeks to perfect even having full knowledge of when its going to be put in and having ample time to study up on it. The fact is that he can't know the system that well.
