Introduction:
To start off with my name is Gavin
I don't have much things to do or say in my life atm since I'm still young and don't have a job but when I was around 10 year's old I started using computer's more often then I did before.
I started off by playing some games on the internet like Miniclip (if anyone know's what that is) It is a website that has a variety of games so that's what I started off with there was also another website that had also a variety of games called Nitrome which was little mini Games some of the games you could play Mutiplayer some were offline ever two player games.
Then a few month's later I got introducted to this game called Minecraft that I saw my brother playing It seemed really fun and Amazing so I tried the game out and now I have been playing ever since now it's come 3 year's from now and the most time of those three year's was on this server Meepcraft 2 and a half years to be Exact .
For the two year's I have been playing and more to come it has been very fun and amazing alot of things I have learmt from this server that made me as good today and I say that Meepcraft is the best community I've ever known and will alway's be.
Why you should be Helper/Mod ?
Well I have great experience of being a staff member on many server's I know a Quite few commands I have been Co Owners and Admins on some Server's that have around 100 - 150 people playing
When In game I read many Messages at a time If I was to be a Helper I would be able to catch those people who breaks the rules and don't follow them like they are suppose to
Also when being a Staff Member it's not all about having the power. It's all about to help other's in need if something happend or if they just need help with something little.
Also to add Id love to help other's like some new members that joined the server or people who just quit a while back and has came back to continue playing Meep.
Weaknesses:
I do not use Skype as often as I do on Teamspeak Id love to use Skype more often but at the same time I would like to use Teamspeak for many other causes If there was anything going wrong but overall I would try to use Skype more often.
Conclusion:
It really is a privilege to become a staff member of Meepcraft and I hope you remember me as a Mature member of Meepcraft

I've only had my first real conversation with you just now, so my judgement probably isn't as accurate as it should be.
To begin, I believe you have many things necessary to become a staff member, but there are still some things you need to work on. In example, your application should need a bit of remodeling. Though you spent quite a bit of time on your application, it's not on par with some other applications. When you make your application, it doesn't have to be in a day or two. For me, I purposely spent a bit of time each day making my application and editing and revising it. It's not really the length that matters, but more of what you put into the actual app. Your main focus should be the "Why you should be Helper" section along with the "Weaknesses" section, at least in my opinion. For example, some ideas to include in your "Why" section are: Dedication, Prior Knowledge (Expand on it a bit more, such as teaching others in real life or being good at communicating effectively), Involvement, and even an Overview to sum up some things you said, and to add a bit more of information onto it. The "Weaknesses" section is also very critical to the entire application. Not many players are focus on it, yet it tells others what you need to work on, and shows you acknowledge the things that you are flawed in. Skype isn't too big of an issue until you become staff and enter certain channels, instead, maybe adding that you need to work on forums activity would be better.
However, an applicant isn't solely judged by the application they made and sent. For instance, both your Teamspeak activity and in game activity are both very high. Albeit I haven't really had many direct conversations with you, I've seen you every now and then. Concerning your in game activity, you do seem to help fairly often, but you don't have to try too hard. At least in my opinion, I don't think it's necessary to ask if anyone needs help in shout. Help when you can, it doesn't have to be every moment of the day. Additionally, you seem to be very mature as well as always striving to improve. When you ask how you could improve, that shows that you care about the position change, and that you want to better yourself. It's a good trait to have, and shows dedication. To be honest, I haven't seen you act very immature at all.
In contrast to your activity in the other two aspects of the server, your forums activity seems to be lacking. It's something that should definitely be worked on, as it is just as important as any of the other parts of the server. On forums, some areas that should be posted in are Q&A, Suggestions, Report a Player, Report a Bug, or Staff Recruitment. That gets you ready for tasks as a Helper.
Nevertheless, I think that you are a suitable member for staff, but you could use some improvement. +.50
